What's New
August 2026
Choose the home page after login
Inside Settings > General Settings, you can now choose which page your users land on right after logging in. By default, that page is still the management report, but you can switch it to the NPS or CSAT reports, or even point it to a specific Dashboard. This way, each instance can take users straight to what matters most for their day-to-day, without having to navigate there every time.
Bulk unit update on the statement
Until now, there was no way to change a transaction's unit directly from the statement. Now, when you select several transactions, a bar appears at the top of the screen to change the unit for all of them at once — just choose which unit they should move to. This makes it possible to quickly fix transactions that ended up under the wrong unit.
- The limit is 100 transactions per update.
- Every change is recorded in the logs.
- By default, this is already enabled for internal SoluCX teams and administrators; other roles need to have access enabled in Access Control.
Journey name instead of technical slug on dispatch and block screens
On the operational dispatch and block screens, journeys used to be shown only by their technical slug, making it hard to tell which journey was which. These screens now show the journey's name instead, making it much clearer and friendlier to identify.
Faster, real-time average response time
The average response time metric for case handling now runs on a much faster, more performant infrastructure. Widgets that use this metric now update in real time, without the up-to-15-minute delay that used to exist because of caching. The calculated value stays the same as before — only the speed changes. For now, this improvement is available to customers in the preview group.
Hierarchical unit selection in automatic case actions
When setting up automatic case actions, choosing units meant scrolling through a flat list with no hierarchy — a slow task when there were many units. The component now shows the group hierarchy, making it much easier to select multiple units at once.
Advanced editing mode for case templates and messages
In addition to the basic editing mode — for simple text, as it already worked — case handling now also has an advanced mode, which lets you edit the HTML directly and see a live preview without losing the original formatting. This option is available both for case handling templates and for messages sent to customers, giving you much more freedom to customize communication.
New What's New page
From now on, you can follow all of SoluCX's releases, improvements and news in one place. This page is available in SoluCX's public documentation and also inside the logged-in area, with a new shortcut under Menu > SoluCX News.
Fixes and improvements
- Fixed the average rating indicator, which in some scenarios counted unrated transactions and could show negative values.
- Fixed the comparison chart widget: when comparing with the previous period, the X axis used to duplicate the current period instead of correctly showing the previous period.
- When clicking "Send a one-time dispatch" on the journey sending screen, the originating journey now comes pre-selected on the operational dispatch screen.

New filters in metric reports: evaluation date and extra parameters
Metric reports (NPS, CSAT and others) now have a new filter button at the top of the screen. It brings together the filters that were already there — such as groups, journeys and channels — along with two new options.
- Rating date: until now, reports could only be consolidated by experience date — the date of the transaction that triggered the survey. Now you can also consolidate results by rating date, the day the customer actually responded.
- Extra parameter: lets you compare results across the extra parameters registered in your instance — for example, comparing NPS across a retail chain's stores, a bank's branches, or a hospital's departments.
This makes it easier to spot trends over time and compare performance across different groups within your business. The default view still shows the last 30 days by experience date; the new filters are there for anyone who wants to consolidate by rating date or customize the view.
Multiple SSO buttons for the same provider
If your company has multiple brands or domains under the same group, you used to be limited to one login button per provider (Google, Microsoft, etc.), forcing every brand to share the same button. Now you can create multiple buttons for the same provider — one for each brand or domain — making login clearer for your users.
More than 6 widgets per dashboard row
Dashboards now support more than 6 widget positions side by side; when that happens, a horizontal scrollbar appears so you can navigate between them. One important note: automatic PDF exports only include the first 6 visible columns, and we show a clear warning about this right on screen when you set up the export.
Skip blocks and quarantines during tests on the React Native Widget
Testing the Widget used to be tricky: security blocks and quarantines would kick in on every new attempt, just like they would for a real user. Now you can list up to 5 test IDs in the Widget settings, and those accounts will skip those checks. For now this is only available on the React Native Widget; the other widgets will get the same option soon.
More intuitive comparison colors for negative indicators
For indicators where "going up" is a bad thing — like the number of negative ratings — the change compared to the previous period used to always show in green whenever the number went up, giving the impression things improved even when they got worse. Now the comparison color adjusts automatically to the type of indicator, showing red when the result gets worse, even if the number went up.
